Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) Location: Rhode Island Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM About the Position We’re looking for a Rhode Island LICSW to provide individual therapy to adult clients through telehealth. Most of your time will be spent in scheduled sessions, getting to know what clients are dealing with and helping them work through concerns that affect their mental health and daily lives. Along with client sessions, you’ll handle the clinical follow-up that comes with ongoing care, including treatment planning, progress notes, and coordination when a client needs additional support. What You’ll Do Conduct individual therapy sessions with adult clients through telehealth Learn about each client’s history, current concerns, and goals for treatment Help clients work through issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, grief, trauma, and life changes Use clinical judgment to determine the appropriate direction of care Revisit treatment goals as clients make progress or their circumstances change Keep case notes, treatment updates, and other required records current Consult with other providers or clinical staff when additional coordination is needed Recognize safety concerns and follow established procedures when intervention is necessary Protect client confidentiality and follow Rhode Island licensing and professional requirements Active Rhode Island LICSW license in good standing Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) Outpatient mental health experience preferred Strong clinical documentation and organizational skills Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting deadlines 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match To move forward, submit your resume and a brief note confirming Rhode Island licensure and telehealth availability.
