Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Location: New Mexico Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Summary As a Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , you will provide structured therapy services to individuals, couples, and families through a secure telehealth platform. Your work will focus on assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing clinical support. Each session contributes directly to client stability, progress, and long-term wellbeing. Responsibilities Conduct virtual therapy sessions using evidence-based methods Complete assessments and maintain individualized treatment plans Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with internal clinical leadership as needed Follow New Mexico licensing and telehealth regulations Active LMFT license in the state of New Mexico Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field Experience providing psychotherapy services Comfortable working in a remote clinical environment 2 weeks Paid Time Off Health Insurance 401(k) plan with 3% company match Step into a role where your workday has real impact — start your next chapter with us.
