Licensed Mental Health Clinician Location: Minocqua, WI Remote or Hybrid (Wisconsin-based offices available) Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Clinician to join our team in Minocqua, WI. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health services to individuals, families, and groups, helping clients manage and overcome emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based practices. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with agency and regulatory standards. Participate in case consultations, staff meetings, and professional development activities. Provide crisis intervention and support as needed. Ensure confidentiality and ethical standards are upheld in all client interactions. Qualifications Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field. Current and valid licensure as a Mental Health Clinician (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) in the state of Wisconsin. Minimum of 2 years clinical experience providing mental health services. Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Commitment to cultural competence and sensitivity in client care. Work Environment This position is based in Minocqua, WI, offering a supportive and collaborative work environment. The clinician will work primarily in an office setting with opportunities for community outreach and client home visits as appropriate.
