Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LCPC) Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location: Montana Position Overview This role is designed for therapists who value structure, clarity, and consistent client work. You will provide ongoing mental health therapy in a virtual setting, supporting individuals through assessment, goal-setting, and continued care. Duties Deliver scheduled telehealth therapy sessions Conduct initial evaluations and ongoing assessments Create and update individualized treatment plans Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Follow established clinical and ethical guidelines Active Montana LMFT, LCSW and LCPC license in good standing Master’s degree in Counseling or related field Experience providing mental health therapy to adults Familiarity with telehealth platforms and workflows Ability to manage a full-time caseload independently 2 weeks paid time off Health insurance 401(k) plan with 3% company match Next Step If you’re ready for a stable telehealth role that keeps your focus on client care, this could be the right fit.
