Licensed or IT Therapist
to join our
Family Centered Treatment (FCT) Team
serving
Marathon, Lincoln, and Langlade Counties
.

weekly individual and group supervision
, ongoing training, and support toward
Level 1 FCT Certification

What You'll Do
Provide direct clinical treatment to children and families in their homes and communities
Maintain a caseload of approximately 3–5 families
Collaborate with schools, community partners, and support systems
Complete documentation and treatment planning
Participate in weekly supervision and team meetings
Provide rotating caregiver coaching support (1–2 weekends per quarter)
Work a flexible schedule, including some evening appointments
Qualifications
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
Active Wisconsin licensure (LPC, LCSW, or MFT)
Related practicum or clinical experience
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
