CH Insurance is seeking an experienced personal lines marketing/customer service professional. The right candidate is dependable, flexible, people-oriented and enjoys working in a family environment. This position will work with many of CH Insurance’s personal lines customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing superior service in a timely manner and have a passion for going above and beyond. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare applications and review for accuracy Rate and quote new and renewals risks using insurance carrier rating systems. Awareness and familiarity with insurance company underwriting guidelines and authority. Keep current on all insurance company’s coverages, rates, changes, forms, communications, etc. Prepares summaries and proposals for new and renewal accounts. Process endorsements, certificates of insurance, auto ID cards, policy changes Working knowledge and competency working in Applied EPIC or similar agency management system, Microsoft Word and Excel, and/or Adobe PDF. Respond to coverage questions, billing inquiries and other client requests Establish relationships with insurance carrier underwriters and marketing representatives. Maintain marketing files.
