Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Location: Missouri Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Position Summary This LPC role focuses on providing consistent, evidence-based therapy to adults through telehealth. You will help clients manage stress, anxiety, depression, and life transitions while working within a structured, supportive remote model. The position allows you to focus on therapy delivery without administrative overload. Primary Duties Deliver virtual counseling sessions to assigned clients Maintain treatment notes and progress documentation Use clinical judgment to guide therapeutic interventions Follow all state licensing and telehealth regulations Communicate with clinical leadership when needed Active Missouri LPC license Master’s degree in Counseling or related discipline Prior experience in outpatient or telehealth therapy Strong clinical documentation skills Ability to manage a full-time remote caseload 2 weeks paid time off Health insurance 401(k) with 3% employer contribution Take the next move in your counseling career and explore this remote opportunity.
