As part of our expanding team, you will provide comprehensive psychiatric care while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, therapists, and psychologists. This is a fully remote position , offering both telehealth and in-person opportunities based on patient and program needs. We offer flexible scheduling: Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM Saturday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM We are seeking providers available for a minimum of 10–20 hours per week. The Nurse Practitioner will provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, medication management, and follow-up care to children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. Our practice utilizes a robust Electronic Health Records (EHR) system with an integrated telehealth platform to ensure efficient and secure service delivery. Practice Support & Resources New patient scheduling Credentialing support Advertising and marketing Copay collection Prior authorizations Patient relations support Established referral base Electronic EHR system Secure phone system (to maintain professional boundaries) Online fax system Paid training Collaborative, team-based work environment Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations Diagnose and treat mental health conditions Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and other healthcare providers Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Complete required EHR training modules Qualifications Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing Board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) Active Pennsylvania CRNP license with prescriptive authority Active DEA registration Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to build rapport with patients across the lifespan This is a remote position. Compensation: $100,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year We specialize in the treatment of Mood Disorders (depression, bipolar, anxiety), Neurodevelopmental Disorders (autism, ADD, ADHD, ODD), Behavioral Disorders (addictions, marriage & family conflicts). We use effective, evidenced-base treatment methods, such as Cognitive-Behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral therapy (DBT), as well as, Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA). Our licensed clinicians which includes a mix of PhD level therapists, Licensed Professional Counselors, Psychiatrists and Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners all work together with clients at identifying negative thought patterns, and, in changing them into more realistic, healthy, and positive patterns.
