Job Description: CareLinx by Sharecare is a nationwide registry of healthcare professionals — and we work differently. Once onboarded, you'll work alongside a dedicated Care Advisor team focused on finding you the right matches — based on location, client needs, and your availability. The best professionals on our platform build consistent schedules, stay engaged through the app, and communicate proactively with their Care Advisors. We're currently hiring Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide skilled nursing care across a variety of settings. New graduates are welcome! WHAT YOU'LL DO Core Responsibilities: Provide care within your scope of practice including preparation, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans Collect, record, and monitor patient data, routine measurements, and vital signs Administer immunizations and therapeutic injections as ordered by providers Supervise ancillary personnel and delegate responsibilities as appropriate Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and well-being in a safe and secure environment Document all care tasks accurately in the CareLinx mobile app during each shift Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app Communicate with your Care Advisor regarding any case updates or changes in patient condition Maintain client confidentiality at all times Pay rate: $30-40/hr WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Required Qualifications: Active LVN nursing license/certification Active CPR/BLS certification Minimum 2 months of nursing experience Proof of COVID vaccination including first booster Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app (required for scheduling, documentation, and timesheets) Ability to communicate in English (bilingual caregivers strongly encouraged to apply) Reliable transportation to and from agreed upon shifts Must pass a background check Program-Specific Requirements (May Apply): Medical clearance such as TB test or physical exam Additional documentation may be required based on state law or client contract Some training requirements may be needed prior to accepting shifts Skills & Attributes: Compassionate, patient, and professional — you treat every client with dignity and respect Reliable — when you commit to a shift, you show up on time, every time Committed to the member — you show up ready to help them get through their day safely and comfortably, within your defined scope of care Self-directed and organized — you manage your schedule and communicate proactively Strong verbal and written communication skills Tech-comfortable — confident using a smartphone app for scheduling, documentation, and timesheets Sharecare and its subsidiaries are Equal Opportunity Employers and E-Verify users.
