Role Description This full-time remote role as a Life Sciences Market Intelligence Analyst focuses on researching and analyzing pharmaceutical and life sciences markets across Latin America. The analyst gathers and interprets market data, regulatory information, and competitive intelligence to produce concise reports, dashboards, and strategic insights for clients and internal stakeholders. Day-to-day activities include monitoring industry trends, validating data from multiple sources, preparing presentations, and contributing to digital knowledge platforms and internal databases. The role collaborates with commercial, regulatory, and digital teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations that support business development and supplier–buyer connectivity. The analyst is expected to manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintain high data quality standards, and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and research skills, including experience collecting, validating, and interpreting market, regulatory, and competitive data in life sciences or pharmaceuticals.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and office software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, data visualization or BI tools) and comfort working with both qualitative and quantitative information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in en_US, with the ability to prepare clear reports, presentations, and briefings for diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry, including market dynamics, supply chains, and regulatory environments; experience in Latin American markets is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage priorities across multiple projects, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field; advanced degrees or specialized training in market intelligence are a plus.
• High attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and a structured approach to problem-solving and insight generation.
• Professional proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese, in addition to English, is highly advantageous for regional collaboration.
