Role Overview We’re currently looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to support the execution of lifecycle campaigns, organic social content, creative testing, and broader digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable turning marketing ideas into campaigns that launch accurately and on time. This role will have a strong focus on Klaviyo and email lifecycle execution, while also contributing to organic social media, paid creative development, content production, and campaign reporting. Location Fully remote position within LATAM Contract Duration Long-term Language Requirement Advanced English What you'll do Build, schedule, QA, and launch weekly email campaigns in Klaviyo. Execute acquisition and retention lifecycle flows. Create and update flow logic, triggers, filters, splits, delays, and audience segments. Implement approved copy and design changes across email campaigns. Set up A/B tests for subject lines, content, timing, and promotional offers. Monitor campaign and flow performance, identifying opportunities for improvement. Maintain lifecycle, email, and organic social media calendars. Support list hygiene, suppression management, and email deliverability. Coordinate Klaviyo activities with Recharge and customer data when needed. Turn broader marketing themes into channel-specific social media content. Write captions and schedule content across platforms such as Instagram and TikTok. Repurpose user-generated content, customer reviews, paid creative, founder content, and educational materials. Support community management by monitoring comments, basic direct messages, and engagement. Create structured briefs for static ads, UGC, creator content, and landing-page concepts. Develop hooks, headlines, creative angles, and content variations. Research competitor campaigns, advertising trends, and customer insights. Maintain creative testing trackers, content libraries, and marketing documentation. Draft, update, format, and publish blog content in Shopify. Prepare campaign performance recaps and update marketing trackers. QA links, UTMs, personalization, and mobile layouts. Coordinate assets and follow up with agencies, creators, partners, and vendors. Ensure approved campaigns and content are published accurately and on schedule. What you'll bring Experience executing lifecycle or email marketing campaigns. Hands-on experience using Klaviyo to build campaigns, flows, segments, and tests. Experience supporting organic social media and content calendars. Strong copywriting and editing skills across email, social media, and digital content. Ability to turn marketing strategies and meeting decisions into clear execution plans and briefs. Strong attention to detail, particularly when reviewing links, tracking parameters, personalization, and layouts. Experience monitoring marketing performance and preparing basic reports. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously. Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken. Ability to work independently within a remote and collaborative environment. What will make you stand out Experience with Recharge, Shopify, or similar e-commerce platforms. Understanding of customer acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing strategies. Knowledge of email deliverability, list hygiene, and suppression practices. Experience creating briefs for paid social campaigns, UGC, and creator-led content. Familiarity with A/B testing and creative performance analysis. Experience conducting competitive research and identifying emerging content trends. Knowledge of SEO-informed content creation and blog publishing.
