Role Description The Lifestyle Facilitator role is a remote position focused on supporting clients through guided lifestyle design, mindset support, and intentional habit-building. Day-to-day responsibilities include facilitating online sessions, creating reflective exercises and resources, and helping clients articulate their values, goals, and personal standards. The role involves contributing to digital content such as short lessons, prompts, and storytelling pieces that align with the brand’s philosophy, as well as engaging with community spaces to maintain a supportive, growth-oriented environment.
The Lifestyle Facilitator collaborates with Brooke to refine client journeys, gather insights from sessions, and help translate emotional and identity-based concepts into practical lifestyle changes. This position also includes administrative support related to scheduling, follow-up communications, and documenting client progress while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in communication, active listening, and holding space for clients in a non-judgmental, emotionally aware manner.
- Experience or interest in mindset coaching, personal development, emotional intelligence, or lifestyle design practices.
- Ability to create clear written resources, reflective prompts, and session summaries that support client understanding and integration.
- Comfort working in digital environments, including video calls, online community platforms, and basic productivity tools.
- Demonstrated capacity for self-awareness, emotional resilience, and maintaining healthy personal and professional boundaries.
- Organizational skills for managing schedules, follow-ups, and client documentation with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Background in coaching, counseling, mentoring, or related fields is beneficial, as is experience with women’s leadership or empowerment work.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, adapt to evolving programs, and align with a values-led, client-centered approach.
