Role Description The LinkedIn Ads Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Yerevan, Armenia, with flexibility for some work from home. This role is responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing LinkedIn ad campaigns that drive visibility, lead generation, and revenue for clients. Day-to-day tasks include audience research, campaign setup, creative briefing, A/B testing, performance analysis, and regular reporting on key metrics. The LinkedIn Ads Manager will collaborate with content, design, and strategy teams to align ads with overall client brand and growth objectives. The role also involves staying current with LinkedIn advertising best practices, experimenting with new formats and targeting options, and continuously improving campaign performance.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in LinkedIn Ads management, including campaign setup, audience targeting, budgeting, and optimization.
• Experience with performance marketing, paid social strategies, and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to analyze campaign metrics, build reports, and derive actionable insights using analytics tools.
• Familiarity with creative testing, ad copywriting collaboration, and aligning ads with brand and content strategies.
• Comfort working with CRM or marketing automation tools and integrating LinkedIn campaigns into broader funnels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Armenian language skills are a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Previous experience in B2B marketing or working with founders, executives, or consultants is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, collaborating in-office in Yerevan and remotely when needed.
