LinkedIn and Social Media Administrator

Department Overview: Premium Business Services provides Specialized Transcription and Spanish Translation services. Our transcripts are prepared by humans and analysis-ready. We have been in business for 41 years and serve many UW-Madison departments and schools as well as other academic institutions, government agencies, and law firms. Anticipated Start Date 8/31/26 Anticipated Hours Per Week 2 to 6 Schedule: Completely flexible. Salary/Wage Range: Hourly $15.00 to $20.00 Number Of Positions 1 Position Summary/Job Duties: LinkedIn implementation work, updating our Company Page, applying changes based on audits we’ve already done. No strategy or content creation, just execution. Some light website work too, mainly loading landing pages onto our WordPress site that we’ve already built. Might include inserting Google reviews on our website and signature blocks and inserting our website link in signature blocks. Totally flexible and remote work. You tell us what hours you have available, and we work around that. No set schedule, no daily requirement. Some weeks might be an hour or two of work, other weeks might be five or six hours of work. That will depend on what is active and the latest audit recommendations. Pay is $15–20/hour depending on experience. It’s contract work (1099). Professional references and resumé may be required.
