The pay:
-Base: PKR 50,000/month
-Bonus: $15 USD for every qualified appointment you book
-Commission: 5% on closed deals
-What consistent people actually make: PKR 200,000+ a month
The base is just the floor. What you build on top of it is up to you.
What you'll actually be doing:
You'll own the whole outreach process, not just one piece of it. That means:
- Finding the right people to talk to using Sales Navigator, Boolean search, and account-based targeting
- Writing the first message and the follow-ups so they read like a conversation, not a script
- Qualifying people properly before anything goes on the calendar
- Booking meetings that actually show up prepared and ready to talk
- Keeping the LinkedIn profiles we outreach from looking credible and trustworthy
- Using AI tools where they help, without turning outreach into spam
- Keeping an eye on how LinkedIn changes so your approach doesn't go stale
Targets:
First month (probation): 4 to 5 qualified appointments
From month two: 6 to 7 a month
Who we're looking for:
Someone who's actually good at LinkedIn, not just familiar with it. You should be comfortable with:
- Sales Navigator filters and Boolean logic to find the right people fast
- Reading signals like job changes, post activity, and profile visits to know when to reach out
- Making a LinkedIn profile look credible before a single message goes out
- Building booking flows that feel natural, not forced
- Writing messages that don't sound like templates, even when they follow a structure
You'll do well here if you've got 2 to 3 years of real LinkedIn or appointment setting experience, write clean professional English, take ownership without needing to be chased, and can tell the difference between a good meeting and a meeting that was just booked to hit a number.
This probably isn't for you if you want a passive paycheck, treat LinkedIn as just another tool you've dabbled in, or tend to go quiet when results dip instead of talking it through.
