Litigation Paralegal Location: Remote – Latin America Employment Type: Full-Time English Level: Advanced to Fluent Compensation: $2,000 USD / month Schedule: Monday to Friday | EST About the Opportunity Reclatam is hiring on behalf of a U.S.-based law firm seeking a highly organized, proactive, and empathetic Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys throughout the litigation process. The ideal candidate has strong litigation experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases while providing exceptional client support. Key Responsibilities Manage litigation files and case workflows using Clio and other legal technology. Track case deadlines, discovery timelines, court dates, and required documentation. Prepare and review pleadings, legal documents, and litigation-related forms. Assist with state and federal court filings and ensure compliance with procedural requirements. Communicate with clients, attorneys, witnesses, and third parties throughout the litigation process. Gather evidence, records, and supporting documentation for case development. Assist with discovery, witness interviews, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation. Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date case files and records. Proactively identify missing information and follow up to keep cases moving forward. Requirements Previous experience in litigation support, case management, or paralegal work . Experience handling plaintiff-side or defense-side litigation matters. Strong understanding of litigation procedures and case management workflows. Experience with discovery, court filings, and legal document preparation. Advanced to Fluent English , both written and spoken. Excellent legal writing, communication, organization, and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with clients professionally and empathetically. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Tenants' Rights, Property Litigation, Housing Law , or related practice areas. Personal Injury litigation experience is strongly preferred if you do not have property litigation experience. Experience with Clio Manage and/or Clio Grow . Familiarity with document automation and other legal technology tools.
