The Role We are seeking a Full-Time Litigation Paralegal to support our North Carolina/South Carolina caseload. A minimum of 8 years of litigation experience in personal injury is required. Experience in Texas, Tennessee, Pennsylvania, Arizona, or California is considered a plus. OUR REQUIREMENTS: Drafting Complaints and Initial Discovery PERSONAL INJURY 8+ years experience Forwarding Complaints to process servers and monitoring service of process Drafting Discovery Responses Calendaring and Noticing Depositions and Leaves of Absence Drafting and Filing Standard Motions and Motion Responses Calendaring litigation timelines Conducting status update calls with clients Client update calls Sending out and following up on non-party discovery requests Assist in trial preparation Verified litigation experience in North Carolina and South Carolina plus additional states Familiarity with North Carolina and/or South Carolina e-filing systems and civil procedure.
