The Role We are seeking a Full-Time Litigation Paralegal to support our Tennessee caseload. A minimum of 8 years of litigation experience in personal injury is required. This role also requires litigation experience in at least one additional state: Texas, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, South Carolina, Arizona, or California. A Tennessee-only background does not meet the bar for this posting. OUR REQUIREMENTS: Drafting Complaints and Initial Discovery PERSONAL INJURY 8+ years experience Forwarding Complaints to process servers and monitoring service of process Drafting Discovery Responses Calendaring and Noticing Depositions and Leaves of Absence Drafting and Filing Standard Motions and Motion Responses Calendaring litigation timelines Conducting status update calls with clients Client update calls Sending out and following up on non-party discovery requests Assist in trial preparation Verified litigation experience in Tennessee plus additional states.
