Litigation Support Assistant - Discovery Specialists

Anthony Harper's specialised service combines legal expertise and advanced technology to streamline and manage document discovery. We operate as a discovery outsourcing service offered to law firms and barristers who would not have the resource to complete large complex discoveries in house. About the opportunity We are currently working on a large discovery project and we're looking for law students and law graduates who are keen and available to assist. While you will mostly work on a remote basis, there will be occasions where you will need to come into our Tāmaki Makaurau and Ōtautahi offices, including the first few weeks while onboarding and training takes place. The role will involve reviewing and analysing documents within an E-discovery platform. You will be identifying documents that are relevant to specified issues, and accurately categorising and recording key information in accordance with clear review guidelines. This is a great opportunity to gain practical experience working with legal material, develop strong document analysis skills, and gain insight into the discovery and litigation process. We will provide all relevant training and guidance. About you You will be either a law graduate or in your final year of studying law and are looking to gain real legal experience within a law firm. You'll be highly organised and pride yourself on your attention to detail. Any experience with E-discovery review platforms would also be beneficial. We are looking for people who are available to work approximately 30+ hours per week. Hours can be worked flexibly to suit your commitments.
