LLM Engineer (RAG) at BairesDev
As an LLM Engineer specializing in RAG, you will design and implement advanced retrieval-augmented generation systems to ground large language models with external knowledge. You will connect complex data architectures with generative AI, ensuring that model outputs are accurate, context-aware, and factual.
What You'll Do
Design and manage high-performance vector database architectures using tools like Pinecone, Qdrant, or Weaviate.
Develop and optimize data ingestion pipelines, implementing effective chunking and embedding strategies for unstructured data.
Implement sophisticated reranking algorithms and hybrid search patterns to improve retrieval precision and recall.
Build and maintain evaluation frameworks like RAGAS to measure and ensure the quality of generated responses.
Optimize the end-to-end RAG pipeline for low latency and high throughput in production environments.
What We Are Looking For
4+ years of experience in AI Engineering, Data Engineering, or Software Engineering.
Proven expertise in building and optimizing RAG pipelines and hybrid search.
Advanced proficiency in Python and working with vector databases like Pinecone, Qdrant, or Weaviate.
Solid understanding of embeddings, chunking strategies, and reranking algorithms.
Experience with evaluation frameworks such as RAGAS to ensure model performance.
Advanced proficiency in English.
