LLM Prompt Engineer at BairesDev

As an LLM Prompt Engineer, you will specialize in the design, refinement, and evaluation of prompts to optimize the performance of large language models. You will translate complex human intent into structured instructions, ensuring that AI outputs are accurate, relevant, and contextually appropriate for diverse domain-specific applications.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop high-quality prompts using techniques such as few-shot, chain-of-thought, and structured output patterns.
• Iterate and refine prompts based on model performance, addressing issues like hallucinations, bias, and technical inconsistencies.
• Implement robust evaluation methodologies and benchmarks to measure output quality, groundedness, and adherence to requirements.
• Collaborate with domain experts to encode specialized knowledge and constraints into prompt structures for legal or compliance contexts.
• Develop systematic testing frameworks to validate model responses across different use cases and intent classification patterns.
• Conduct thorough research on emerging prompting strategies and model idiosyncrasies to continuously improve system reliability.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in Prompt Engineering, AI Research, or NLP.
• Proven expertise in designing, refining, and evaluating prompts for Large Language Models.
• Proficiency in structured output design and implementing evaluation methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with intent classification patterns and Python for testing.
• Strong understanding of model behavior, iteration cycles, and domain-specific context application.
