Cultivate a referral network of agents, builders, and professionals to keep your pipeline full. Analyze financial data and advise clients on the best Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA options. Collaborate with our elite processing and underwriting teams to get files to the finish line fast. What You Bring 2+ years of recent origination experience with a consistent, referral-based book of business. Active NMLS license and full SAFE Act compliance.
