We're Hiring: Loan Processing Specialist / Credit Analyst (Australian Mortgage Industry)

📍 Remote | Full-Time

Owl Bridge Solution is currently seeking an experienced Loan Processing Specialist / Credit Analyst to support one of our Australian mortgage clients.

Minimum Requirement

✅ At least 3 years of experience in the Australian Mortgage Industry

If you have hands-on experience working with Australian mortgage brokers, lenders, or financial institutions, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Process mortgage loan applications from lodgement through settlement.
• Review and verify supporting documentation.
• Analyze borrower income, liabilities, and financial documents.
• Conduct preliminary credit assessments.
• Liaise with clients, lenders, brokers, and solicitors.
• Track loan progress and follow up on outstanding conditions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and loan pipelines.
• Prepare and ensure compliance with Australian lending requirements.
• Provide exceptional administrative support throughout the loan process.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in the Australian mortgage industry.
• Previous experience as a:
• Mortgage Loan Processor
• Credit Analyst
• Mortgage Administrator
• Mortgage Support Officer
• Loan Packaging Officer
• Strong understanding of Australian lending policies and mortgage processes.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment.
