Your employment will be legally administered through RemoFirst , while your day-to-day work is led by Porch Group. The future is bright for the Porch Group, and we’d love for you to be a part of it, as our L ocal Sales Agent I What You Will Do As A L ocal Sales Agent I Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner Input data accurately into software platforms Upsell and promote products / services Meet individual sales and performance metrics Maintain a high level of customer service on all calls Assist with on-the-job training for new contractors when needed Follow guidelines for breaks and lunch breaks Review internal communications daily via email or Slack Perform email and call follow -up as specified by Team Leads Participate in special projects assigned by management ( such as role- playing , shadowing , other training needs , product testing ) Perform other related duties or projects , as assigned ​ What You Will Bring As A Local Sales Agent I Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent. 1 year of experience in sales Leadership skills to help motivate and implement account accountability within team Strong focus on process development/improvement in all areas tied to this department Build processes and efficiencies to prevent limitations Support organization’s overall vision, mission, values, strategic and financial goals Act as a role model within the organization Display flexibility by supporting all groups within PMG Ability to work independently while maintaining creative thinking Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload What You Will Get Supporting Porch Group Monthly Salary : COP 3,000,000.00 Monthly incentive bonus : COP 2,250,000.00 target, variable based on individual performance You will also be eligible to receive sales incentives, subject to program guidelines and approvals. #LI-FQ1 #LI-Remote What’s next?
