Localization Manager (Korea)

Alconost is on a mission to help digital products speak the language of their users. We localize software, games, apps, and websites into 120+ languages — and we're looking for a Localization Manager to join our growing team and own our Korean-market projects. This is a remote, full-time role for a native Korean speaker who wants to learn fast, grow hard, and make a global impact. Who We're Looking For You've got real experience managing projects, you're organized and comfortable taking ownership without waiting to be told what's next, and you're genuinely into languages. You know how to use AI as a real working tool, not just a buzzword. We'd love to meet you if you: Are a native Korean speaker Have 2+ years of experience as a project manager (localization experience is a plus, not a requirement) Have business English skills (C1 or higher) Have an interest in the IT field, games; translation or editing experience is a plus Use AI tools day-to-day (Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT or similar); experience building or configuring AI agents/workflows is a strong plus Japanese and/or Chinese language skills are a nice-to-have, not required What You'll Do Lead localization projects for a variety of IT companies Communicate with clients, translators, and editors from all over the world Monitor deadlines, quality, and profitability of services Take care of our financial relationship with the client Find and integrate new tools and processes, including AI-driven workflows What You'll Get Flexible hours and remote work.
