Locate Claims Specialist Apply Overview Salary Range $12.00 - $13.50 Hourly Level Entry Position Type Full Time Job Shift Day Travel Percentage None Apply Description The Locate Claims Specialist is responsible for requesting and documenting information from locate companies in order to process damage claims resulting from locate errors. Essential Functions: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies to perform the essential functions of this position. Initiates telephone requests for information from locate companies Maintains the CMR locate desk email inbox Reviews acquired documentation for errors and omissions Creates, updates and maintains damage information utilizing Microsoft Excel Records claim information via data entry into CMR's customized software applications Communicates with co-workers, management, locate companies and others in courteous and professional manner Qualifications Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
