Locum Senior/Advanced MSK Physiotherapist Location: Euston/Canary Wharf (Hybrid Opportunity available) Clinic Hours: Monday-Friday between 8am-6pm 16 hours on site, opportunity to work full time hours with the rest of the hours being remote Contract Length: Locum basis, ongoing requirement Hourly rate: Competititve Start date : 1st March Reporting to: Operations Team About Us GPDQ provides nationwide healthcare services for individuals, businesses, and the NHS. Consultations take place online, at home, or in a clinic with a GPDQ-vetted, GMC-registered NHS GP or highly skilled multidisciplinary team member. About the Role We are recruiting a Senior / Advanced MSK Physiotherapist with joint and soft tissue injection capability to deliver face-to-face injection and MSK clinics. The clinician will also deliver remote MSK prescribing clinics to top up hours where required. The clinician must be able to manage MSK patients autonomously end-to-end and run injection clinics independently . Key Responsibilities • Advanced MSK assessment and management • Independent prescribing for MSK conditions • Request and interpret imaging and blood tests • Use radiology requesting systems (ICE or similar) • Deliver F2F MSK and injection clinics • Run joint and soft tissue injection clinics independently • Flex appointment length based on clinical need • Manage escalated F2F MSK cases when not running injection clinics • Deliver remote MSK clinics when scheduled What We’re Looking For • Advanced MSK assessment and management experience • Independent Prescriber qualification • Level 7 Advanced Practice / PGDip preferred • Imaging and blood test requesting experience • ICE or similar radiology system experience • Joint injection experience • Soft tissue injection experience • Experience running injection clinics • Virtual consultation experience • NHS email and smartcard number required Our reason for being We help people to stay healthy by revolutionising access to primary healthcare in the home, workplace and community.
