Job Purpose We are actively seeking a Logistics Process & Improvement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, improving, and optimizing business processes across the organization. This position partners with business and functional teams to identify operational improvement opportunities, conduct analysis, implement solutions, and drive measurable business results. Additionally, you will lead process improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, productivity, and customer experience. This role can be based in our offices in Racine, WI, or Oak Brook, IL, and is eligible for our hybrid work schedule, with three (3) days onsite and two (2) days remote each week. Key Responsibilities Analyze and evaluate business processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities. Conduct process mapping, root cause analysis, and problem-solving activities to improve operational effectiveness. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and recommend solutions. Lead continuous improvement projects focused on productivity, quality, cost reduction, lead-time reduction, and process optimization. Design, implement, and validate process, workflow, and system enhancements that improve business performance. Develop and maintain performance metrics, reporting tools, and measurement systems to track results and sustain improvements. Support business system enhancements, process documentation, testing activities, and solution validation as needed. Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of process improvements. Monitor implemented solutions and recommend adjustments to ensure long-term effectiveness and sustainability. Perform other duties as assigned. Competencies Business Process Improvement Knowledge of process improvement principles and methodologies. Ability to identify operational inefficiencies and implement practical solutions. Strong project management and leadership skills. Systems design, testing, and deployment capability. Experience using data and metrics to drive decision-making. Problem Solving & Analysis Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex business problems. Ability to evaluate information from multiple sources and develop actionable recommendations. Project Execution Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Drives projects from identification through implementation and measurement of results. Communication & Collaboration Effectively communicates with stakeholders at various levels of the organization. Builds strong working relationships across functions to support successful outcomes. Experience Required Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, Human Resources, Supply Chain, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in business operations, continuous improvement, process improvement, project management, analytics, or related disciplines. SAP EWM experience, in use and implementation. Experience leading process improvement initiatives and implementing measurable business results. Lean, Six Sigma, WCM, or similar continuous improvement experience preferred. Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills. Pay Transparency The annual salary for this role is USD $72,375.00 - $100,000.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.) For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location. If a different location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated to candidates prior to the first interview.
