Logistics Representative (f/m/d)

We are looking for you as Logistics Representative (f/m/d) to support our international administration team in full time (40h/week) at our Estenfeld (near Würzburg) site. Be a part of driving clinical trials faster with your daily performance. You will be responsible for ensuring that our customers (pharma companies) can be confident that our test devices for our eCoa (digital patient diary), Respiratory (lung function devices) and Cardiac (blood pressure devices) business lines are sent out in time to arrive at medical sites (test centres and hospitals) worldwide. For public transport users, Clario offers the Deutschlandticket Free onsite parking We have both social and wellness committees that organize parties, events and activities One-year contract with the goal of extension for long-term employment What You'll Be Doing Perform data entry and process related paperwork according to established guidelines Support coordination scheduling with departments within Manufacturing and Supply Chain and other Clario departments as needed Support coordination of shipments and production orders on a daily basis for all lines of business Monitor and report shipment and order status tracking information and escalate in case of emergency Check compliance with the promised shipping/receiving dates and all needed documents Business related communication with internal departments and external forwarders Support organizing and processing of global in- / outbound shipments Maintain performance indicators Supports reasonable operation tasks within Logistics What We Look For Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or related fields (preferred) or e quivalent experience in supply chain, engineering, or operations management Apprenticeship/professional work training program in logistics, forwarding, industrial environments or related fields Preferred minimum 6 months logistics , supply chain or industrial administrational environment experience Fluent proficiency in English and an advanced level in German Experience in a fast-paced environment; with an ability to work independently, and cross-functionally as needed Familiarity with computer databases, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office Suite ERP experience is preferred Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work as a part of a team as well as an individual contributor Good degree of reliability , flexibility and independence Strong presence with the ability to interact with senior leadership and external and internal clients Professional approach with high attention to details and deadlines At Clario, our purpose is to transform lives by unlocking better evidence.
