As Pluto TV's Marketing & Distribution Finance Manager (f/m/d), you'll play a central role within Paramount's Streaming organization, helping drive the fast-growing Pluto TV business. You'll partner closely with Marketing & Distribution teams across multiple territories in Europe, LATAM and Canada, owning the full finance cycle — from actuals to forecasts — for a business that's growing in scale and complexity. This is a chance to shape a company that's become a key focus of Paramount's global streaming strategy. What will you be doing? Partner with Distribution & Marketing as their key Finance contact across 15+ live markets, owning financial reporting, budgeting, and short- and long-term forecasting of spend. Own reporting and forecasting of key business and engagement metrics that shape commercial performance and strategic planning. Build strong relationships across operational and commercial teams, bringing financial insights and analysis that support decision-making and performance. Work closely with the wider Finance organization on forecasting, and collaborate with transactional finance teams to keep monthly reporting accurate and close on time. Help strengthen internal controls, working alongside Compliance and Controllership to maintain full Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance. Spot opportunities to streamline financial processes, optimize data workflows, and improve accounting procedures through automation and better reporting. Assess marketing spend effectiveness, delivering ROI and efficiency insights that inform investment decisions and budget allocation. Use large datasets to produce meaningful financial and operational reporting, supporting business reviews and ad hoc analysis. What are we looking for?
