Long-Form Video Editor (WFH)

We’re looking for a Long-Form Video Editor who can turn raw footage and live-stream recordings into engaging YouTube videos. The content is focused on sports, sports cards, collectibles, reactions, and personality-driven entertainment . You should understand pacing, storytelling, and how to keep viewers watching. Job Responsibilities: Edit long-form YouTube videos from raw footage and live streams. Find the best reactions, moments, and storylines. Remove slow sections and keep the pacing engaging. Add music, sound effects, captions, zooms, graphics, and B-roll when needed. Create strong hooks and intros. Highlight big pulls, funny moments, and key events. Keep projects organized and deliver videos on time. 2 years experience editing long-form YouTube content. Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and viewer retention. Skilled in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar software. Able to work through long raw recordings and identify the strongest content. Detail-oriented, creative, and able to work independently. Nice to Have Experience with sports, sports cards, collectibles, gaming, or livestream content. Knowledge of NFL, NBA, MLB, or the trading card community. Motion graphics or short-form editing experience.
