We're building an IT/AI solutions business focused on helping companies automate operations, build internal software, and create AI-powered revenue systems.
We're now looking for a Growth Partner / Business Development Partner who can help us get in front of the right founders, CXOs, business owners and decision-makers.
This is NOT a traditional marketing role.
I'm not looking for someone whose primary strengths are:
❌ Running ads
❌ SEO
❌ Social media posting
❌ Generic lead generation
❌ Buying databases
❌ Sending thousands of cold emails
I'm looking for someone who has:
✅ A strong B2B network
✅ Existing relationships with founders / CXOs / business owners
✅ Experience selling technology, SaaS, IT services or consulting
✅ The ability to open doors and create high-value conversations
✅ Strong business understanding and communication
✅ A proven track record of closing or facilitating high-ticket B2B deals
The question I care about most:
«“Who can you introduce us to?”»
If you can genuinely say, “I can get you into rooms with the right decision-makers,” I want to talk to you.
What you'll do
→ Build strategic partnerships
→ Introduce us to qualified decision-makers
→ Identify high-value business problems we can solve
→ Drive B2B opportunities from introduction to closure
→ Help shape our GTM strategy
→ Build a repeatable revenue channel
What we offer
This is intended to be a high-ownership, performance-driven role, with a combination of fixed compensation + strong incentives/commission based on business generated.
There is significant upside for the right person.
