We're looking for a detail-oriented Luxury Travel Organizer to help create smooth, personalized travel experiences for clients. This remote role is ideal for someone who enjoys planning, researching, staying organized, and helping bring together all the details of a memorable trip. In this position, you'll assist with organizing accommodations, transportation, activities, reservations, and itinerary details based on each client's preferences. You'll work with a variety of destinations and travel styles, so no two days or client requests will look exactly the same. The right person for this role is comfortable managing multiple details, communicating with clients, and using online tools to keep information organized. What You'll Do Help organize personalized travel plans based on client preferences and requests Research accommodations, destinations, transportation, activities, and experiences Keep reservation details, confirmations, and itineraries organized and up to date Communicate with clients to gather information and provide planning updates Assist with coordinating the different details involved in each trip Follow up on outstanding items, changes, and important travel information Use online platforms and established systems to manage client requests Keep accurate records and ensure important details are not overlooked Help provide a smooth and well-organized experience from planning through departure What We're Looking For Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Good written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working with clients and providing helpful support Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities at the same time Comfortable using email, online tools, and computer-based systems Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently Interest in luxury experiences, hospitality, destinations, or travel is a plus What We Provide Fully remote work environment Flexible scheduling Training and guidance to help you learn the role Ongoing support and access to established tools and resources Opportunity to build skills in planning, organization, research, and client service Previous experience in the travel industry is not required.
