🔥 The Role: MLOps Engineer

We’re hiring across all levels—I, II, III, and Senior.

You will design, deploy, scale, and maintain production‑grade ML systems, working closely with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Software Engineers. You’ll take ownership of the entire MLOps lifecycle—from data to deployment to monitoring—and help define how ML is delivered across the organisation.

💼 What You’ll Do

• Build and operate scalable inference and serving systems for high‑traffic ML workloads.
• Design, automate, and maintain data, training, and inference pipelines.
• Own and evolve CI/CD pipelines for testing, validation, and deployment.
• Monitor and maintain production ML APIs, ensuring reliability, performance, and security.
• Develop internal tooling and platforms for streamlined ML deployment and configuration.
• Build observability: dashboards, monitoring, and alerts for models and infrastructure.
• Implement unit and integration tests across ML code and pipeline components.
• Apply strong security practices for containerised and cloud‑based deployments.

🎯 What You Bring

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering, Computer Science, or similar.
• Strong Python engineering fundamentals.
• Cloud architecture experience (Azure preferred, others welcome).
• Experience with version control, dependency management, and packaging.
• Strong understanding of Docker and containerised environments.
• Experience with logging, monitoring, and alerting systems.
• Solid understanding of ML concepts, pipelines, and deployment patterns.
• Proven experience running ML models in production.
• Knowledge of data models, ETL processes, SQL/NoSQL systems.
