Machine Operator

Job Description: Main Duties Responsibilities include setup and operation of: • Band saws • Cold saws • Basic layout and measurement of raw materials • Material preparation for secondary operations • General shop and production support • Prepping parts for powder coating as needed With the right work ethic, aptitude, and willingness to learn, this position may also include training on: • CNC vertical machining centers • CNC turning centers • CNC press brakes - Additional fabrication and production equipment Requirements - No specific prior experience is required, but the right candidate must have: • Strong work ethic • Good mechanical aptitude • Ability to read a tape measure and use basic measuring tools • Willingness to learn • Dependability and punctuality • Ability to follow instructions and shop procedures • Pride in quality workmanship • Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment True Up is an equal opportunity employer.
