We're looking for a Maintenance Dispatcher to lead our field technicians remotely, keeping work orders scheduled, dispatched, and completed on time every single day. Compensation Hourly: $8.00 to $12.00 USD per hour, paid weekly, based on experience Performance Based Monthly Bonus: Up to 12% of base pay Paid Time Off (PTO): 10 days Holidays: 7 US holidays Birthday: Take your birthday as a paid day off, or any paid day during your birthday month Read and Grow: Get paid up to $500.00 USD per year through our book club Referral Program: Refer a hired team member and receive a $1,000 bonus Our office runs on US Central Time, the same clock as most of Mexico. No night shift. What You'll Do Assign technicians to work orders based on skill set, location, and workload, adjusting routes and schedules throughout the day to reduce travel time and prevent conflicts Coordinate urgent and after hours maintenance requests, assessing priority and dispatching technicians according to emergency protocols Flag missed appointments, late arrivals, incomplete notes or photos, and repeat issues, escalating patterns to the Director of Maintenance Track key metrics like response time, completion rates, and scheduling accuracy, and collaborate with the maintenance team to review coverage and workload trends Review technician timecards, material usage, and notes to confirm accuracy before billing or closing out work orders Identify workflow gaps or delays and provide feedback to improve dispatch efficiency and reliability Hold technicians accountable to attendance, productivity, documentation, and communication standards through coaching, follow up, and documented corrective action when needed What You'll Bring 3+ years of dispatching, scheduling, or maintenance coordination experience in a high volume environment A solid understanding of time and material costs, and how long repairs typically take Experience leading field based or trade and service teams preferred Prior experience with work order systems like AppFolio, ServiceTitan, or similar preferred Reliable high speed internet (50 to 100 Mbps download, 10 to 20 Mbps upload), plus a working camera, microphone, and dual monitor setup The ability to manage a remote team with clarity and structure, holding people accountable without being in the room with them A calm, solution oriented mindset that keeps schedules moving even when the day gets chaotic The GC Realty Experience™ At GC Realty, we live by four core values: Responsive: We show up, follow through, and communicate like it matters, because it does.
