ABOUT THE ROLE

HHR Talent is building a team of freelance Malay speakers for a

long-term AI conversation project — and we are selective about who

joins it, because the people on this project stay with it.

The work: you take part in recorded free-flowing speaking sessions,

held fully remotely. You speak naturally in Malay (Bahasa Melayu), in

your own words and your own style. There are no scripts to memorize,

no sales targets and no customer service queues. The value you bring

is the way you naturally speak — that is precisely what the project

needs.

We designed this engagement for continuity. Sessions continue over

time, the project scope is long-term, and we are looking for people

who want a professional, ongoing freelance collaboration rather than

a task that disappears after a week.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Complete scheduled speaking sessions in Malay
• Follow clear, straightforward session guidelines
• Maintain a natural, clear speaking style throughout each session

• Compensation: $8 USD per hour

availability
