Managed Service Provider – Project Engineer Washington, DC $90,000 - $100,000 About Managed Service Provider – Project Engineer We are currently seeking a Managed Service Provider – Project Engineer to join a unique and growing Managed Service Provider firm. The Managed Service Provider – Project Engineer will primarily be responsible for project-based work with occasional escalated support. The Managed Service Provider – Project Engineer will lead engineering efforts for complex projects, improving processes, networking, and systems to remain a leader in the MSP market. The Managed Service Provider – Project Engineer will work with high-value clients, designing and implementing infrastructures and moving clients from on-prem to the cloud. The Managed Service Provider – Project Engineer will provide our valuable clients with the best customer service on-site and remotely. The selected candidate will also offer innovative engineering solutions to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. The Managed Service Provider – Project Engineer will also perform hands-on Systems/Network engineering. Managed Service Provider – Project Engineer Responsibilities: 3+ Years Working for a Managed Service Provider REQUIRED 3+ years working in a Project-oriented role completing migrations Design, Implement, and Support LAN/WAN technologies (i. e. installation of routers, switches, firewalls, wireless, etc..) Design, Implement, and Support storage area networks (SANs) Remotely install, configure and support PC, Server and Network Infrastructure.
