Management Accountant

We’re Hiring: Three Finance Roles

Remote | Full-time | Philippines

Handled is recruiting on behalf of a client operating in the SaaS sector. We are looking for experienced finance professionals to support its growing global business, with operations across Australia, the UAE and the US:

• 1 x Management Accountant
• 2 x Bookkeepers / Finance Officers

(Senior) Management Accountant x 1

You will support management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management and financial analysis. The role will also involve reporting on Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) metrics, revenue recognition and helping stakeholders understand business performance and make informed decisions.

Bookkeepers / Finance Officers x 2

You will support day-to-day finance operations, including:

• Accounts payable and receivable
• Multi-currency transactions and receipts
• Payments, expenses and banking
• Bank and balance-sheet reconciliations
• Collections and debtor management
• Revenue support and cash allocations
• Month-end reporting
• Maintaining accurate financial records

About you

Ideally, you will have:

• Relevant accounting or finance qualifications
• Experience supporting Australian or US businesses or clients
• Experience working within or supporting a SaaS business
• Strong Xero and Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience using ERP systems
• Excellent attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal English communication skills
• The ability to work independently in a remote environment

Experience working in a BPO or offshore environment would be highly regarded.
