Our Finance team is looking for a skilled Management Accountant to join their high performing team, you will report into our Finance Manager.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
Working closely with Finance Managers on specific projects
Developing strong relationships across the business and with external stakeholders
Management of Weekly and Monthly Financial P/ L and year end reporting. While being able to consolidate the information into concise reports
Compiling annual plans and presenting on these to Senior Management
Preparation of monthly Balance sheets
Identifying cost savings and efficiencies
Review and redesign existing processes to facilitate decision making
Positive ‘can-do’ attitude is crucial for this role
As the successful candidate you will be educated to degree level or equivalent and hold an ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent qualification. We would also expect;
A willingness to challenge all reporting and operational practices
Be able to Business Partner at all levels within the International
Be able to self-manage their workload and prioritise tasks according to deadlines, importance and urgency.
Have a problem solving attitude with the drive to delivering results
Have strong analytical skills and be able to present results in a simple and clear manner
Be proactive in looking for continuous improvement in your area of responsibility and beyond
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft and Google Reporting Suite applications
Have a keen eye for detail and produce work to an excellent presentation standard
