Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Management Information System Executive. The role involves managing and maintaining MIS dashboards and reports, ensuring accurate and timely data collection, consolidation, and analysis for management decision-making. The MIS Executive will prepare periodic performance reports, track key operational and project metrics, and support forecasting, planning, and performance monitoring. Daily responsibilities include validating data from multiple sources, updating information systems, generating customized reports for stakeholders, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies. The role also includes documenting reporting processes, improving data workflows, and supporting automation initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Information Systems and Management Information Systems (MIS) skills, with experience in maintaining and optimizing data and reporting systems.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and MIS Reporting capabilities, including data interpretation, trend analysis, and preparation of management-level dashboards.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting insights clearly to stakeholders.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel), reporting tools, and basic database concepts; familiarity with BI tools (such as Power BI or Tableau) is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; experience in energy, infrastructure, or EPC companies is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines, and comfort working independently in a remote setting.
