Is this job info correct?

Bosch Rexroth is a global leader in drive and control technologies, delivering innovative solutions that power everything from industrial automation and mobile machinery to factory and renewable energy applications. As part of the Bosch Group, we combine cutting-edge engineering with a strong focus on sustainability and digital transformation. At Bosch Rexroth, we empower motion, helping industries around the world become more efficient, connected, and future-ready. Work directly with the management team of Bosch Rexroth Japan and help shape how we lead, strategize, and transform our organization. This is not a typical internship. You will work closely with our country leadership team on one of our most important internal initiatives: defining our future strategy and the management system needed to turn it into action. What you'll do Work directly with the Bosch Rexroth Japan leadership team on strategy and organizational development. Support the development of our country strategy, from purpose, vision and strategic objectives to initiatives, KPIs and execution. Turn management discussions and ideas into clear concepts, presentations, decision papers and actionable plans. Support the deployment of strategy across the organization, including workshops, alignment with departments, consolidation of input and follow-up. Prepare and facilitate leadership workshops and strategic meetings, including agendas, materials, documentation and action tracking. Help develop management routines, meeting structures, review cycles and long-term leadership agendas. Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decisions and management discussions. Coordinate cross-functional strategic initiatives and follow up with stakeholders across the organization. Help ensure that decisions become actions by maintaining transparency on priorities, responsibilities, deadlines and progress. Why join us This is a unique opportunity to experience how a company is actually led from the inside. Rather than supporting one department or a single project, you will work closely with our senior management team and gain exposure to strategy, organizational development, governance and business transformation across the entire company. You will be expected to take complex and sometimes unstructured management topics and help turn them into something tangible: a presentation, analysis, workshop, management process, project plan or decision proposal. The role therefore combines elements of strategy consulting, project management and a leadership-team office. You will receive significant exposure to senior management while being trusted with real responsibility and work that directly influences how Bosch Rexroth Japan develops. Qualifications Upper-Intermediate English required Upper-Intermediate Japanese preferred You should... Be able to stay for a period of minimum 6 months, preferably longer. Be enrolled at a university throughout the internship period. Be willing to work in a hybrid environment (office and home office). Be comfortable working directly with senior leaders in an international environment. Enjoy turning complex and ambiguous topics into clear, structured outputs. What we're looking for Highly structured, analytical and intellectually curious. Excellent PowerPoint skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and visually. Strong analytical skills, including confidence working with Excel and business data. Proactive and independent working style with a high level of ownership. Strong project management and organizational skills. Comfortable following up with senior stakeholders and driving topics forward. Discreet and professional when working with confidential management topics. Good command of English and ability to communicate effectively in an international environment. Preferred Background in business, strategy, economics, engineering, organizational development or a related field. MBA or Master's students are particularly welcome. Experience working in Japan is a plus. Previous professional experience in consulting, strategy, project management, a CEO/management office, or similar roles are a plus. We are open to candidates with previous professional experience who have returned to university for an MBA, Master's or other advanced degree. Target Internship Period: The start date is flexible, preferably as soon as possible. We offer a competitive monthly net allowance of 200,000 Yen on a full-time scheme as well as the commuting fee. Housing and flight to Japan are at the responsibility of the Intern. You will also receive full support for the visa application to stay in Japan. Please note that the full visa process may take up to three months. Furthermore, applicants who intend to have an internship period for 12 months/already hold residence status in Japan will receive a monthly gross allowance. ** Non-Japanese Nationals (visa requirements): Please note that applicants who are not Japanese nationals need to be eligible to obtain the Designated Activities Visa for an internship with Bosch Japan. Therefore, only students who fulfill the following conditions are eligible to apply: A.) Enrolled student at a university at least 3 months before the internship and during the entire internship period. B.) Doing the internship will require your university to sign a document confirming that the internship represents a mandatory or strongly recommended part of your university curriculum when applying for your visa.
