About the Program Kick-start your career through our structured 18-month Management Trainee Program , designed to develop high-potential talent into future professionals and leaders within our organization. As a Management Trainee, you will be assigned to a sponsoring department and follow a structured learning journey tailored to your function. The program consists of three developmental phases , each with clearly defined learning objectives, competency milestones, and performance reviews to ensure continuous growth throughout your journey. About the Department The APAC Marketing Team is responsible for strengthening and promoting the Sika brand across the Asia Pacific region. The team supports regional marketing communications, branding initiatives, digital content, internal communications, and major business events that help drive business growth and customer engagement. As a Management Trainee, you will gain hands-on exposure to regional marketing operations, communication campaigns, and event management. You will work alongside marketing teams and collaborate with various functions and stakeholders regionally and across multiple countries, making this an exciting opportunity to build a career in marketing communications within a global organization. Key Responsibilities As a Management Trainee, you will: Complete all learning milestones and development activities throughout the program. Participate actively in training programs, workshops, coaching sessions, and other learning opportunities. Learn and apply company policies, business processes, systems, and best practices. Support departmental operations and contribute to assigned projects and business initiatives. Conduct research, analyze information, and prepare reports, presentations, or recommendations where appropriate. Collaborate with colleagues across different functions to support business objectives. Demonstrate initiative, accountability, professionalism, and a continuous learning mindset. Build strong working relationships with mentors, managers, and stakeholders. Comply with company policies, procedures, and health, safety, quality, and compliance standards. Successfully complete program assessments and performance reviews. Qualifications & Requirements Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media Studies, Event Management, or a related discipline. Fresh graduates or candidates with up to two (2) years of relevant working experience are encouraged to apply. Creative mindset with attention to detail. Good organizational and project coordination capabilities. Event agency background will be an added advantage. Good analytical and critical thinking skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Interest in branding, communications, digital marketing, and event management. Ability to work effectively with stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds across the APAC region. Willingness to travel regionally and relocate within the Asia Pacific region. Successful candidates should be open to undertaking a 2–3-year international assignment in any APAC country following completion of the 18-month Management Trainee Program, subject to business needs and performance.
