Identify & screen vendors who can carry out day-to-day maintenance work in all centers, as well as new initiatives undertaken Supervise the execution of all new jobs and ensuring timely completion Conduct a quality check on the workmanship & materials used by identified vendor Prepare the budgets for all maintenance works by conducting a thorough research on available quotations in the market
