What You’ll Do As the Manager, Applications Engineering , you will lead a talented software engineering team responsible for building and enhancing scalable eCommerce solutions. You’ll combine technical leadership, people development, and strategic thinking to deliver innovative products that support business growth. You will: Lead, mentor, and develop software engineers and quality assurance team members while building a collaborative, high-performing team culture. Partner with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to define priorities, support product roadmaps, and deliver business-focused solutions. Guide technical design, implementation planning, and engineering best practices. Drive improvements in application performance, scalability, reliability, and overall product quality. Support Agile practices and help teams continuously improve how they plan, build, and deliver solutions. Champion AI adoption by evaluating emerging tools, establishing best practices, and helping teams integrate AI into their daily workflows. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. 10+ years of software development experience, including experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. 2+ years of experience leading and managing software engineering teams. Experience developing applications and services using .NET/C# . Experience with authentication and authorization systems and cloud-native development. Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and inspire teams. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical and business stakeholders.
