With strong growth across Australia, we’re seeking Consultants to join our national Digital Engineering Advisory team. This is an opportunity to move beyond traditional digital engineering delivery and apply your skills with clients to guide them through complex digital and digital engineering transformation journeys. You will operate across three interconnected service areas, combining strategic insight, delivery expertise, and capability development to create lasting client impact. How you’ll make an impact You’ll work collaboratively with partners and clients to identify capability gaps and define future skills requirements. Support the design and delivery of strategic skills initiatives that prepare teams for digital engineering, BIM adoption, and Digital Engineering (DE) practices Your work will include: Develop and communicate strategic guidance for clients navigating digital and digital engineering readiness and transformation. Lead the creation of digital and digital engineering transformation roadmaps, conduct readiness assessments, and advise on asset information strategy Embed digital expertise into engineering and advisory projects from inception through commissioning and handover. Oversee digital engineering services, Building Information Modelling (BIM) management, and systems integration. Ensure seamless alignment between strategic intent and on-ground delivery, translating complex technical requirements into actionable outcomes Work collaboratively with partners and clients to identify capability gaps and define future skills requirements. Support the design and delivery of strategic skills initiatives that prepare teams for digital engineering, BIM adoption, and Digital Engineering (DE) practices. Go beyond training delivery to embed knowledge management and sustained capability uplift. You’ll bring: A degree in Architecture, Engineering or Land Surveying (or equivalent experience). Deep knowledge of digital technologies, design and engineering practices, asset information, and transformation methodologies relevant to infrastructure and asset management.
