Job Description: Working under the direction of the Director of Supply Chain Business Operations, this position is responsible for the delivery and quality of the supply chain systems, tools, and integrations for their functional area. The manager is results-oriented, applies continuous improvement principles, and fosters collaboration. The manager has excellent communication skills and the ability to translate business requirements to technical requirements. The manager supports supply chain initiatives by building empowered, inclusive, high-performing teams to achieve the desired outcomes. The manager is focused on optimizing systems and processes, enhancing caregiver experiences, and driving innovation and simplification. Essential Functions Manages the design, development, testing, implementation and training of business system solutions for their functional area within supply chain. Consults with business stakeholders as functional system subject matter expertise. Leverage best practice to increase efficiency, promote standardization and reduce cost. Ensure compliance with legal requirements, including state, federal, and industry regulations. Manages execution for lights on and system enhancement activities ensuring functional system integrity, test validation, documentation, and training. Collaborates with stakeholders across supply chain, finance, accounting, and other business and clinical areas as applicable to ensure systems and tools align with standard operating procedures and best practice. Provides project management for portfolio initiatives. Manages the daily activities of their team including, but not limited to, work prioritization, project monitoring and tracking, project schedules, project milestones and task accomplishment, risk mitigation, quality assurance, and communication to stakeholders. Mentor and develop talent across the team, encouraging cross-functional collaboration and professional growth. Actively seeks knowledge on software solutions, new technology, industry trends and best practices. Degree must be obtained through an accredited institution. Education is verified. Experience in Supply Chain procurement and operations Experience in functional software application management and implementation. Experience in leading teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Qualifications Experience with process automation tools (AI and related tools) Experience in healthcare Experience with advanced Microsoft tools such as Power BI or Power Automate Advanced proficiency in SQL or other query languages, with the ability to execute complex joins Physical Requirements Interact with others requiring the employee to communicate information. Operate computers and other office equipment requiring the ability to move fingers and hands. See and read computer monitors and documents. Remain sitting or standing for extended periods of time to perform work on a computer, telephone, or other equipment.
