The role provides leadership, coaching, and oversight to Business Analysts working across multiple delivery models, ensuring consistent application of business analysis practices, stakeholder engagement, requirements management, testing, implementation support, and operational integration activities. The team plays a critical role in enabling successful delivery of business and technology initiatives while providing ongoing support for operational processes and production-related activities. In addition to leading the Business Analysis function, the Manager serves as a key contributor to operational excellence initiatives that improve scalability, efficiency, and knowledge management across the Creditor portfolio. This includes identifying opportunities to modernize processes, enhance information management practices, leverage SharePoint and AI-enabled capabilities, and establish standards that improve the accessibility and quality of business information. The role collaborates closely with Product Owners, Technology, Operations, Distribution, PMO, and business stakeholders to support the successful delivery of strategic objectives, drive continuous improvement, and ensure the Creditor business has the capabilities, tools, and processes required to support future growth. How you will create impact: Lead a team of 6+ Business Analysts supporting agile feature teams and production support. Balance and manage team capacity against business priorities across multiple business domains. Provide people leadership, coaching, development, and performance management. Drive business analysis standards, practices, and quality across the team. Lead document and information management optimisation initiatives. Improve SharePoint and knowledge management capabilities to support AI-enabled search and automation. Support operational efficiency and scalability initiatives. Partner with stakeholders to prioritize and deliver business analysis work. Contribute as an individual contributor on key improvement and transformation initiatives. To join our team: You have strong Business Analysis experience. You have people leadership/people management experience/energizer of teams. Insurance industry experience would be considered an asset You have project delivery experience. BA certification will be considered as an asset. You have strong stakeholder management skills (judgement, communication, decision making, options / recommendation analysis). You have Intermediate to advanced Excel and SharePoint skills. Curiosity and aptitude for automation, Power Query, VBA, AI tools, and process improvement.
