The opportunity We're looking for a leader who excels at building high-performing teams, partners effectively across the business and continuously improves how work gets done. You'll combine strong people leadership with stakeholder influence and operational thinking. You know how to develop capability, create clarity and bring others on the journey, while also identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance systems and improve the client experience. Success in this role comes from Building capability through coaching, mentoring and developing a high-performing team. Partnering with the business to create trusted relationships, influence outcomes and deliver exceptional service. Thinking systematically about onboarding processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing scalable solutions. You don't need to be perfect in every area from day one, but you'll bring a strong foundation across all three and have the curiosity, adaptability and learning agility to continue growing your impact over time.
