You will manage a key established account as fully dedicated client-facing support, working independently to ensure the custom database and contracted solutions have the necessary components required for the business to execute in the marketplace. You are responsible for fostering a strong client relationship, becoming the client’s trusted advocate, proactively providing recommendations and solutions to help them answer key questions. You will engage with all levels of the client user base including C-suite. Job Responsibilities Database Delivery and Maintenance via Unify Dimension Builder Project Planning and Execution Issue Management and Creative Problem-Solving People Managing (direct reports in addition to client) Conducting and recapping the client's monthly new item review Excel and Unify Reporting; Analytical mindset; Use of Genius Script Creating client-ready content that will be presented to the top-down within the organization Manage client user base, ad-hoc requests, and expectations Demonstration of Circana behaviors Requirements - 3-5+ years of experience a plus - Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) company experience a plus - Demonstrated expertise in translating data and analysis into relevant implications - Ability to handle multiple requests/actions needed (multi-tasking skills) - Experience with data - Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal - Demonstrated problems solving skills - Strong project management and process skills - Able to engage in consultative manner with clients when helping solve/manage content deliverables - Bachelor degree preferred Circana Behaviors As well as the technical skills, experience and attributes that are required for the role, our shared behaviors sit at the core of our organization. The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
